Would you like to submit a move request?

Please click on the bar below or the "Move/Recycling Form" link on the left-hand side of this page.  Either link will allow you to submit the form needed to expedite your moving request.  For items to be recycled, simply fill out the form and check the appropriate box indicating that your items need to be recycled.  If you have any questions or problems, please contact Judy Mausser at ext. 1060 or via e-mail at jmausse@utnet.utoledo.edu.

Move Requests Require A Minimum of One Week Lead Time

In order to more effectively serve the needs of our campus customers, a mandatory one week lead time is required.  Requests submitted which do not allow a one week window, will have the lead time calculated by our staff.

When you place your move request, be sure to include a detailed list with the number and description of each item.  Please make sure that ALL items to be moved are marked.  Prominently label the items with present location and final destination.  We cannot move items that are not properly marked.  

Do you have something you need to recycle?

Recycling requests can also be made using the The UT Move Request Form.  Please click on the "Click Here.." bar above or the "Move/Recycling Form" link on the left-hand side of this page to request a recycling move.  Make sure to fill out the form completely and check the appropriate box when asked if your materials need to be recycled.
